We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item does not meet our standards and the mold is unusable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@sirenmolds.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the above ONLY applies if the error is Siren Molds fault. We will not cover postage for change of mind, wrong size or style selected etc
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, personalised products and all orders that have no manufacturing faults. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless there is a manufacturing error with the molds or cutters, Any other times will be at Siren Molds Descretion. We print to order so therefore do not carry stock so change of mind, wrong size or style of mold, or not what you expected when it is outlined what they are is not accepted for a refund.
If Siren Molds agrees to a swap or refund for product that is not at the fault of Siren Molds then all postage thereafter the order is completed is to be paid for by the customer. This includes courier from yourself to us and for us to send any other molds back to you. We ask that you send via courier back to us with tracking as we will not replace or credit for loss of a product in the mail due to it being sent untracked and lost in the process.
If there is a fault in manufacturing which means that the mold is unusable and has been sent out we will reprint and resend to no extra cost to you, we will also include a courier bag to return the old mold back to us.
3d Printing is not perfect there maybe lines on the mold itself but this can be corrected with a light sanding using a wet and dry sandpaper.
We will not replace or refund for molds that have not been used following the correct instructions for care.
